Masala Dosa

While the place is undoubtedly over-hyped, my first taste genuinely left me craving more. The batter, the crisp, and the overall flavor profile were absolutely unmatched but the green chutney missed the mark. Hailing from Pune, a city where I've been spoiled by incredible chutneys, I expected Bangalore to easily take the crown, but it fell short. A true foodie knows, condiments are the founding fathers of a phenomenal meal, and it's an area they definitely need to refine.
